Moor than meets the eye Landscape Partnership – the story of the people and landscape of Dartmoor over 4,000 years. Moor than meets the eye is a landscape partnership scheme which will bring communities and organisations together to explore Dartmoor’s past, conserve its wildlife, improve understanding of this rich landscape and develop and share the skills to look after it for generations to come.
The Moor than meets the eye team consists of five staff; a Scheme Manager, a Community and Events officer, a Community Heritage officer, a Community Ecologist and a Finance and Adminstration officer.
Our Community Stakeholders’ Group is still on the lookout for members to advise the Moor than meets the eye Landscape Partnership Board of the views of the local community and a variety of user groups in the delivery of the Scheme until the end of 2019.
